Gratien was the soul of the village. Known by everyone, he ran his café like opening his door to friends. Breeder, driver, storyteller… he had a thousand lives, a beret fixed on his head and that kind look that put everyone at ease. In creating our house, we wanted to extend his legacy: that of a true, generous, and sincere welcome. His beret and cane, now our symbols, recall the endearing simplicity that animated his daily life. Chez Gratien, the spirit of the village continues to live, smile, and bring people together.
